 So That That The Forms Could Be Completed Later

With Any Information They Chose To Write In.

They told me that if I didn't sign the blank forms

 they would not do the operation and the cancer would spread

throughout my body and may kill me. 

They told me I had cancer when I did not have cancer.

I think that's  like holding a loaded gun to my head and telling me to sign or die. 

So I signed and I nearly died because of the terrible mistakes these doctors made.

That's how medicine in Virginia Works as approved by the Virginia Medical Board.

I would like to change this practice so that patients can be more assured

of getting decent medical care in Virginia.
